We have a 30 days return policy for BAGS and 7 days return policy for PATCHES.

30 Days – No Questions Asked Free Return Policy for BAGS

In case you have any issues with product quality –zips or interior of the bag or Sticking surface, you can simply return the product to us within 30 days of receiving the product. Return is free and easy to do. We provide a pre-paid shipping poly mailer bag for FREE returns. Just fill the return form sent along with your order, pack the bag in the bag provided, seal it and drop the package at the nearest Blue Dart outlet (Click here to find the nearest Blue Dart outlet)

If a Blue Dart outlet isn’t present in your city, we request you to send the package through a courier service of your choice. Refund of return shipping charges (charges paid by the user for sending the products to us) will be limited to AED 100 or 10% of product cost, whichever is lower. The refund for shipping charges will be in the form of Gift voucher.

On Successful processing of returned Item(s), we will either replace the product or refund the entire product amount (excluding Shipping/COD charges if any). Please note that the product should be unused with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging with a copy of original invoice.

Easy Return Policy for PATCHES (7 Days)

In case you find any problems, damages or defects in the products you can simply return the product to us within 7 days of receiving the product. On Successful processing of returned Item(s), we will either replace the product or refund the entire product amount (excluding Shipping/COD charges if any).

To ensure that we can initiate the process of return, you would need to send us the Courier company name and the AWB number through which you have returned the product(s) to us. Please note that no return process would be initiated if these details are missing. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, please ensure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it. The return process would be initiated once we have received the product and have completed all quality checks to ensure that the product is unused and in good condition.

How the Return Process works

For products which are incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit, with defects please send us an email atcustomercare@n2-x.com call us on 1800 XXX XXXX, International Users: +91-XX-XXXXXXXX to initiate the return process. We will pay the return shipping charges and will send a replacement within 10 working days. We reserve the right to pay you back in case there are no stocks left of the item returned.

For goods bought on discount, the refund will be through Coupon worth the amount paid for the product.

For goods bought on MRP, we will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode selected in the order in which there is a return/cancellation is "Cheque" or "COD", the amount will be deposited in your bank account, details of which need to be provided by you when requesting a refund. Our customer care executive will get in touch with you for the details.

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s) in our WH (and they are not in damaged condition). Typically refunds are processed in less than 15 working days.

Guaranteed Savings Online Programs – Cancellation and Returns

I. Guaranteed Savings Offer Cancellation
Enrolled members can cancel the "Guaranteed Savings" offer any time they wish. In case of unused "Guaranteed Savings" offers DARP may choose to refund the complete amount or issue Gift Vouchers. In case the "Guaranteed Savings" offer has been used even once by the user then after adjusting the used amount, DARP may choose to refund the complete amount or issue Gift Vouchers.

II. Order cancellation purchased through "Guaranteed Savings" offer
Cancellation is only available in case of orders not been shipped from our warehouse to customer’s location. In case of complete order cancellation the complete amount spent against the order will be credited back to members "Guaranteed Savings" code. In case of part order cancellation, balance left after adjusting the amount for products shipped to member’s location will be credited back to members "Guaranteed Savings" code.

III. Order returned purchased through "Guaranteed Savings" offer
Return is available in case order has been shipped from our warehouse and has been delivered to the customer’s location. In case of complete order return the complete amount spent against the order will be credited back to members "Guaranteed Savings" code. In case of part order return, balance left after adjusting the amount for products shipped to member’s location will be credited back to members "Guaranteed Savings" code. Member can check the balance of there "Guaranteed Savings" code by logging in to the "My Account" section with their registered email ID. Note: All members must follow the return criteria and return process defined for returning the products.
